The KVLT Short is designed to increase your performance in the gym and to help you move freely without hindrance through the most demanding high intensity functional workouts. The waistband is designed to keep the shorts in place throughout any exercise including weightlifting, jumping, running, skipping and our 4 way stretch fabric and custom fit prevents our shorts from riding up the leg during squats or any dynamic movements.

Been looking for good training shorts since moved to the UK, as a tall lad the ones I tried would mostly get too loose on the waist or too tight on the thighs. That was not a problem at all here. The KVLT Shorts are by far the best fit and feel I've found out there, and such a smooth experience in training as well! Couldn't recomend more!

Altar shorts are fantastic and highly functional. I’ve been using them for CrossFit, and they've been a game-changer. Not only do they reduce friction during sit-ups, but they also provide excellent support for lifting weights from the floor, such as deadlifts and cleans. They are light and airy, yet robust enough to handle the drag from heavier weights during intense workouts. Additionally, DUBs and jumps feel less laggy and more effortless with these shorts, making them ideal for all aspects of CrossFit training! Couldn’t recommend them enough.
